At By.Peris, we want the purchasing process to be as simple and transparent as possible. Below you will find the conditions applicable to the cancellation of orders placed through our online store.

CANCELLATION BEFORE SHIPPING

If you wish to cancel or modify an order, please contact us as soon as possible and provide your order number.

We will do our best to accommodate your request. However, as we prepare and process orders quickly, we cannot guarantee that an order can be cancelled or modified once preparation has begun.

If the order has not yet been prepared or shipped and we are able to process the cancellation, we will cancel the order and issue the corresponding refund to the payment method used for the purchase.

ORDERS ALREADY PROCESSED OR SHIPPED

Once an order has been prepared, handed over to the carrier, or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

In these cases, once the package has been received, the customer may request a return in accordance with our Returns Policy and any rights available to them under applicable law.

CHANGES TO THE DELIVERY ADDRESS

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the contact details and delivery address provided during checkout are correct.

If you notice an error, please contact us as soon as possible. We will attempt to update the information provided that the order has not yet been processed.

If the order has already been shipped and cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, any additional costs resulting from the return and/or reshipment may be charged to the customer.

PRE-ORDER ITEMS

Products purchased on pre-order are subject to the estimated shipping dates stated on the product page at the time of purchase.

If you wish to request the cancellation of a pre-order before it has been prepared or shipped, please contact us. Your request will be handled in accordance with the applicable purchase conditions and consumer rights.

By purchasing a pre-order item, you acknowledge and accept that the order will not be shipped immediately and will instead be shipped within the estimated timeframe stated on our website.

REFUNDS

When a cancellation is accepted, the refund will be issued, whenever possible, using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

The time required for the refunded amount to appear in the customer’s account will depend on the payment method and the relevant bank or payment provider.
